The floral pattern cushion comes right off so you can either replace it or use the bench with just its wooden seat. The stretcher on the bottom is nicely shaped and there are carved decorations across the top. The back is a three panel design that helps keep the bench from looking too plain. This bench is sturdy and could support a heavy adult sitting on it. Both sides of the bench have wear to the finish as seen in the pictures.
